Ordering

Our store departments are listed in the left hand menu, use them to browse our store.   To place an order, simply specify the relevant size/colour and quantity required and click on the "Cart Contents" button. You will then be directed to our shopping cart facility.

If you would like to view your current order at any time, simply click on the "Cart Contents" link at the top of every page. This will also allow you to amend your order, before proceeding to checkout.

You will be contacted by email with full details of your order.

If you prefer, you may place your order by telephone and send a cheque (sterling only) for the amount due.

Delivery

All items are dispatched on receipt of payment; in the case of payment by way of a cheque, we will post on clearance.

We aim to only display items which we have in stock, though occasionally stocks sell faster that we anticipate. We will advise you immediately if there will be a delay in dispatching your order.

If you have not received your order within 14 days of making payment, please contact us so that we can investigate.

Postage

We offer a tiered postage rate. For delivery to the UK mainland:

under £15: £2.45
£15 - £30: £3.35
£31 - £95: £4.75
over £95: Free

For delivery outside the UK:

under £15: £5.95
£15 - £50: £7.95
over £50: £9.95

Sizing

All clothes and nappies are put into categories according to their sizing but remember that babies (like the rest of us) come in many shapes.

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with our products; please advise us as soon as possible if you are not fully satisfied with your order.

If you would like a refund or exchange, please email.Returned items must be unworn/unused, complete in original packaging with tags attached and ready for resale, and must be returned within 14 days.

Please note that we will only refund postage costs if the items are faulty.  It is your responsibility to obtain a proof of postage receipt from your Post Office.

If you are returning goods from outside the UK, please ensure that you mark the documentation/packaging to clearly show that they are returned goods, otherwise any taxes or duties levied will be deducted from the refund amount.

The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights and in particular you should note that the Distance Selling Regulations apply to orders made over the Internet. 

Privacy Policy

We have to request certain personal information so that we may process your order.  We will occasionally send you details of promotions or new additions to our product range by post or email.  If you do not want to receive such information, please let us know by emailing us.

We never pass your details onto third parties.
